Corporate Lunch and Learn Hour

Our mission is to educate and empower the residents of Hawaii to live a more healthy and positive lifestyle.  We live in a fast paced world. With deadlines, meetings and packed schedules, we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves.  We also know healthy employees produce a higher level of productivity.  Our one hour Lunch and Learn Program fits into your schedule and offers an acupuncture and massage opportunity to enhance your employees performance.



Our Lunch and Learn Hour focuses on the physical and emotional well-being of your employees.  Lead by Oriental Medicine Practitioner Mei Yan Lau, nationally and Hawaii board certified acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist and Hawaii board licensed massage therapist, our Lunch and Learn Hour offers an one hour seminar focusing on how to balance your lifestyle, how to manage your everyday stresses with simple preventative care and how to pro-actively take health back into your own hands.

Our Lunch and Learn Hour includes:

  • 30 minute presentation of what acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine is and how we can utilize it to our benefits.

  • Question and Answer with our practitioner of any health-related inquiries.

  • Complimentary lunch and beverage.

  • Demonstrations of acupuncture, fire cupping and/or massage therapy.

We value your time and your health.  With this program we can maximize your employee's productivity and well being, which in turn will increase your company's efficiency.

Our regular rate is $80/hour, $110/90 min and $140/2 hour session at our Kaneohe clinic.  When you sign up with our monthly plan for your employees and yourself, the discounted rate will be $50/hour, $80/90 min and $110/2 hour session.  Employers may purchase one or multiple sessions per month for each employee. Your employees may purchase additional sessions at the discounted rate under their discretion.

Acupuncture and Massage sessions are transferable to family and spouse, non-refundable and no roll overs to the next month.
