Feb. 10, 2012 - Health Fair - Mana Fitness Studio
We teamed up with leading Windward's health and fitness professionals for a workshop everyone can benefit from. Presenters were Mei Lau L.Ac., Dipl OM, LMT of Qi Hai Acupuncture and Massage, Dr. Russell Kim, DDS of Windward Smiles, David Carbacio, LMT of Comprehensive Muscular Therapy and Gina Hopper, Certified Fitness Instructor of Mana Fitness Studio.
Qi Hai talked about what acupuncture is, how it can help you and followed by a fire cupping demonstration. It was a great night of informational workshop, delicious food and live music with tons of door prizes of acupuncture treatments, total oral care cleaning system, gym memberships and massage therapy!
